At Old World Outsiders, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please review our return policy carefully to understand which items are eligible for returns.

Eligible Items for Return (7-Day Return Window)

The following items are eligible for returns within 7 days from the date of delivery:

  • Ski Masks
  • Sunglasses
  • Outsiders Brand Merch
  • Select Items (found in description)

Return Requirements for Eligible Items

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Items must not show any signs of wear or damage

How to Request a Return

If you have an eligible item and wish to request a return:

  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Provide photos if the item is damaged or defective
  4. Wait for our team to review and approve your return request
  5. Once approved, we'll provide return shipping instructions

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will process your refund within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color of an eligible item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, lost in transit, or we sent the wrong item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost during return shipment.

Non-Returnable Items

All other items in our store are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of:

  • Items damaged during shipping
  • Items lost in transit
  • Items received that are significantly different from what was ordered

Damaged or Lost Items:

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@oldworldoutsiders.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging (if applicable)
  • Description of the issue

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly through a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.

  • The 7-day return window begins on the date of delivery, not the date of purchase
  • Returns received after the 7-day window will not be accepted
  • Items not listed in the eligible returns section are final sale
